HSE Leadership & Compliance Framework
Safety is led from the top. All project teams include certified HSE officers with the authority to enforce stop-work policies and execute corrective actions in real time.

- Zero Incident Target: With a continuous reduction in Total Recordable Injury Frequency (TRIF)
