  • • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of engineering concepts, offshore project requirements, industry-specific standards, and tender processes.

  • • Proposal Management: Exceptional ability to oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client specifications.
