    Job Overview:


  • We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our local team and our [Chinese / Japanese] partners, clients, or headquarters. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while breaking down language barriers to facilitate clear collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:


    - Project Management & Coordination

  • • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • • Monitor project progress, track specific timelines, and ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
  • • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • • Identify potential risks or delays and report them to management with proposed solutions.
  • - Communication & Interpretation

  • • Serve as the primary point of contact and interpreter for [Chinese / Japanese] speaking stakeholders.
  • • Translate technical documents, emails, requirements, and meeting minutes from [Chinese / Japanese] to English/Thai and vice versa.
  • • Attend meetings to provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation to ensure accurate understanding between parties.
  • - Administrative Support

  • • Organize and schedule meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • • Prepare presentation materials and progress reports for management reviews.
  • • Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks as required.

  • Qualification:


    - Educational Background

  • • Required: Bachelor’s degree or below in Business Administration, Management, Language Arts, or a related field.
  • - Experience

  • • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  • - Language Proficiency

  • • English: Business Level (TOEIC greater than 550) (Written and Spoken).
  • • Thai: Native or Fluent.
  • • Chinese or Japanese: Excellent command of Spoken, Written, and Reading skills (Business Level). Chinese (HSK 3-4) Japanese (N3-N4).
  • - Skills and Expertise

  • • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
